What is mobility?

Mobility is your ability to move a joint through its full range of motion with control, under your own strength. It is not the same as flexibility, which is how far a muscle can passively lengthen; mobility adds the strength and stability to actually use that range. pliability's daily mobility routines combine dynamic movement, joint-specific drills, and short holds to build range you can access in training and everyday life.
