Getting an error using Sign in with Apple?

Account creation using Sign in with Apple has been phased out. Here is how legacy accounts previously created with sign in with apple and accounts created using Apple's 'Hide my email' feature can sign in.

If you are receiving an error message when trying to log in using Apple, you can regain access by resetting your password.

Step 1: Locate your private Apple email address First, you will need to find the specific email address Apple generated for your account.

  1. On your Apple device, open Settings.

  2. Tap on [Your Name] at the top of the screen.

  3. Tap iCloud, then select Hide My Email.

  4. Search for pliability in the list of apps and select it.

  5. Copy the randomly generated email address displayed on the screen.

Step 2: Reset your pliability password Once you have your private Apple email address, you can trigger a password reset.

  1. Paste the email address you copied in the previous steps and tap Next.

  2. Check your inbox for an email from pliability containing instructions to reset your password.

Once you have set up a new password, you will be able to log in normally using your private Apple email address and your new password, and tapping the "Sign in" button (not Sign in with Apple!).
