How do I cancel my subscription?

How to cancel your subscription auto-renew (not applicable to Apple or GooglePlay subscriptions.)

From a desktop browser:

  1. Sign in to your account at pliability.com.

  2. Open the menu by clicking the three-line icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Navigate to Plan & Payment.

  5. Scroll down and click Cancel Membership.

  6. Complete the short form and click Next to finalize the cancellation or pause.

From a mobile device:

  1. Sign in to your account at pliability.com using your mobile browser.

  2. Open the menu by tapping the three-line icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Plan & Payment.

  4. Scroll down and tap Cancel Membership.

  5. Complete the short form and tap Next to finalize the cancellation or pause.

Subscription management, including cancellation and pausing, must be done via the Pliability website. These options are not available in the app. Sign in to your account at pliability.com to manage your subscription.


Troubleshooting

If you experience any issues with your web browser please be sure it is up to date. You may also need to clear your browser's cache. Please follow the instructions provided at the link to clear your browser's cache: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

If you're having any issues resetting your password or need assistance finding your account, please send an email to [email protected] providing your name, last 4 digits of the card that was charged, along with the last charge amount.


Access After Cancelation and the Billing Cycle Ends

After canceling, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Once the cycle concludes, your account will be deactivated, meaning you will lose access to Pliability services and features. However, your account will not be deleted, allowing for the possibility of reactivation or rejoining Pliability in the future.

Immediate Changes After Cancellation

Once you cancel your Pliability subscription, you will no longer be charged for future billing cycles. However, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, allowing you to continue using Pliability as usual during this time.

Option to Rejoin pliability

If you decide to return to Pliability services after cancellation or account deactivation, you can easily reactivate your subscription by signing in and following the same steps to restart your subscription.
